This material is light, strong, and smooth, and feels lovely in your hands. If you’re a beginner it also gives you more grip and control over your knitting than a more slippery material like metal.
The smooth tapered tips work well with all yarn types. Double pointed needles are best suited for knitting in the round projects like socks and hats.
