Last posting dates
There are some important dates to bear in mind if you're ordering before Christmas. These are the last dates you can order to guarantee delivery in time. We'll still post out all orders placed by 23rd December, but due to volumes of post there's a risk it won't be there in time for Christmas Day.
Free delivery and standard delivery - Thursday 18th December
Special Delivery - Tuesday 23rd December (place order before 1pm)
Ireland - Monday 15th December

We can't guarantee that any international orders placed in December will arrive in time.
UK delivery
We aim to post by the next working day, but will let you know if there's a delay for any reason. We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard, which can take up to 5 working days, but we find tends to be as fast as first class delivery.
Backordered items
If an item shows as being on backorder, this means we can request it from our supplier. It'll increase the time for delivery by at least 1-2 additional working days. We’ll let you know if it will take any longer than that for your items to arrive.

International delivery
We no longer send orders outside the UK. The only exception to this is the Republic of Ireland. Rising costs and delivery issues have prompted us to remove this option.
We charge all orders in Pounds Sterling. We don't charge VAT or any equivalent local tax, so you may need to pay additional custom fees when your order reaches your country.
If your order is checked by customs this can cause a delay in delivery - we have no control over this.
Any additional import taxes or customs fees are your responsibility and we will not cover them. We also can't tell you what they will be ahead of time.

£12 - Delivery aim 3-5 working days after we ship
GPSR
If you are in the Northern Ireland or the Republic or Ireland, as a distributor we can only send items to you where the manufacturers have an authorised representative based in the EU.
- Addi - are an EU-based manufacturer
- KnitPro and Lantern Moon - have an EU-based representative
Currently, these are the only brands we can ship to countries covered by GPSR. We're constantly checking the list and will add as more of our suppliers become covered by the regulations.
Packaging
We try to reuse packaging as much as possible. Our suppliers do too, so sometimes that means your order might arrive in a box that's been used two or three times! This keeps our costs down and is more environmentally friendly.
